We are a home inspection company built around one simple standard: inspections should be thorough, documented, and defensible.

Too often, buyers and agents are left with shallow inspections, vague reports, and inspectors who disappear once the report is delivered. We operate differently. Every inspection is performed with the mindset that our findings must hold up to scrutiny — from buyers, sellers, contractors, insurers, and attorneys if necessary.

Our inspections are detailed and photo-documented, focusing on real conditions and material defects rather than generic disclaimers. Reports are clear, organized, and written to support informed decisions, negotiations, and repair planning — not just to check a box.

Communication is part of the inspection, not an afterthought. We take the time to explain findings, answer follow-up questions, and remain available after the inspection when issues actually matter most.

We maintain clear credentials and licensing across home inspection and environmental inspection disciplines, and we bring working knowledge of HVAC systems and roofing into every evaluation.
