Can I sync appointments?

Yes, booking through our main office integrates with Google Calendar and the Tap-Inspect app for easy management.

When will I get report?

Home reports are delivered promptly after inspection, usually within 24 hours. Environmental lab results withing 3-5 business days.

Are tests safe?

Absolutely! Inspections can take from 45 min on site to over 3 hours depending on the complexities of the structure and the services requested. If you want to stop by to chat at the end or be there the whole time, feel free.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can easily reschedule your appointment through our booking system or by contacting us directly within 48 hrs of the scheduled inspection.

Can I be there during the inspection?

All environmental testing is performed using safe, industry-standard methods, in collaboration with nationally accredited laboratories to ensure accuracy and reliability.

How much does an inspection cost?

That depends on the services requested. A typical home or mold inspections start at $450.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Inspection and environmental services are time-based professional services. Fees are non-refundable once services have started or reports have been delivered.

Clients may cancel with 48 hours’ notice for a full refund (less any processing fees). Cancellations with 24–48 hours’ notice may receive a partial refund, and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

If a client believes an error or omission occurred, written notice must be provided within 3 business days of report delivery. At our discretion, we may offer a re-inspection of the specific area in question. Refunds are not guaranteed and will not exceed the original fee paid.
